Blake Wilson is the Lead Pastor of Crossover Bible Fellowship. Crossover was planted out of his family living room with a group of men and their families who were compelled to saturate the Northwest side of Houston with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The goal was to “Teach People the Word of God and Touch People with the Love of God.” Blake has an intense focus on the basics – “making disciples” in the local Church. As such, he developed a program called Hunger & Thirst to disciple the young adult men of Crossover.
Blake served the Lord for 14 years in youth ministry in various capacities, including pastoring, as well as training and developing youth pastors across Houston and Texas. Blake has spoken at youth, young adult and family life conferences across the country and serves as the Vice President of Educational Services of Thrive in the City, an urban leadership development organization. He is known for his Sex & The Gospel Conference, which he has taught to many churches and NBA teams through his friendship and partnership with Allan Houston and Charlie Ward. In addition, Blake has partnered with Allan Houston and the Father Knows Best Program since its inception to build spiritual relationships between fathers and sons. His FISLL curriculum (Faith, Integrity, Sacrifice, Leadership, Legacy) is used to support the Allan Houston Legacy Foundation.
Blake has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State University) and a Master of Arts degree in Christian education from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is married to Ronique Wilson and they have two children, Reagan and Robert Chance.

Ronique Wilson, PhD
Ronique Wilson is the leader of the Wise Women Project (women’s ministry) at Crossover Bible Fellowship. Ronique’s heart desire is to see women enlightened to what the Word of God has to say to their lives, encouraged through Godly relationships with other women, and equipped to fully become whom God has called them to be. She has traveled nationwide teaching women and teen girls on issues including sex, dating, marriage, family, dress, spiritual maturity and managing family life. She is a speaker at Lifeway Conferences for Women’s and Marriage Events. A key teaching topic that Ronique is passionate about addressing among Christian women is eliminating the female ideology of “I don’t do women” and building a renewed theology of sisterly relationships.
Ronique holds a doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Houston and is a licensed psychologist. As a part of her doctoral studies, she wrote a dissertation titled “The Association between Parent Sexual Communication, Quality of Relationship, and Adolescent Religiosity on Female Sexual Debut.” Her research examined how family and religious beliefs influence the sexual decision making and behaviors of young women. She has also studied at the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, Texas. She serves in ministry alongside her husband, Blake, who is the Lead Pastor of Crossover Bible Fellowship. They have been married for nearly 20 years and are parents of a daughter, Reagan, and a son, Robert Chance.
